Who is Sean Barbera?

"SeanBarberaSounds" is website provides the soundkits for music production made and uploaded by Sean Barbera. Sean is a producer from Virginia whose mission is make to soundkits for producers to get the best sounds they need for beats or songs. He strives to make quality sounds for a affordable price for those who may not enough to spend. Any support to help Sean is appreciated, weather it's through buying a kit, following him on social media, sharing a posting/liking one and sharing the website for those who make beats or songs. 

General Information About the Kits:

  1. What exactly am I ordering? - This website sells audio sample packs, drumkits, and  MIDI kits. These are digital files used in music production and are compatible with all DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations), with the exception of preset packs being designed for specific software as notified. Most files will be .wav (audio) and .mid (MIDI; similar to piano sheet music, MIDI is notation that digital instruments play and does not contain audio or sound in of itself). Basically, these products are helpful for creating music on the computer.
  2. How many sounds come in a Kit? - Kit volume varies by kit style, and what the kit creator decides to include. 
  3. Do I need to clear the samples from these kits? - Depending on the kit but, if it's royalty free no.
  4. Do I need to credit the creator of the sample? - Yes, it's necessary to credit the creator of any sample you use. Additionally, using the name or likeness of a creator in your track or promotion without their express permission is not allowed.
  5. Do I need to credit SeanBarbera or any other sample creator when registering with a PRO (publishing rights organization) like ASCAP or BMI? While you own any New Recordings you've made using “SeanBarberaSounds” sounds, you only have a license, not ownership, for those sounds. When registering your composition with a PRO, you must disclose the use of third-party audio samples and credit the sample creator as they retain a percentage of ownership.
  6. Can I sell a beat, instrumental, or composition I made using SeanBarberaSounds as royalty-free music?Yes, you can incorporate “SeanBarberaSounds” sounds into a diverse range of projects, both commercially and non-commercially, including new music productions, video games, films, television, radio, live performances, vlogs, and more.
  7. Works on all DAWS? - Yes!

Ordering & Delivery:

  1. How do I place an order? - Simply add any packs to the store ‘cart’ using the ‘Add To Cart’ button, and when you’re ready click the ‘Check Out’ button
  2. What information must I provide to make an order? - For billing purposes we require your full name, address, and payment information. We also require your best email address for order delivery and account creation.
  3. How will I receive my kit(s) after purchase? - Through our direct delivery system, all customers will be provided with downloads instantly after checking out. Please check your email inbox for links, as well as Spam folders.
  4. What if I didn’t receive my order? - If for some reason a technical error occurs and you do not receive your kit after your purchase, contact seanbarberasounds@gmail.com with proof of purchase, Order #, and kits missing. Our products are all digital & sent via email. You should receive an email containing your download links.

Policies:

  1. What is the refund policy? - All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. The reason we cannot provide refunds is because once a digital good has been sent, it cannot be revoked. 

Selling Your Own Kits:

  1. How can I sell my kit on SeanBarberaSounds? - We are not currently accepting kit submissions at this time.
